INVOICE PAYMENT TERMS

1. Payment Due Date
Payment is due within 30 days from the invoice date. All amounts are stated in USD.

2. Accepted Payment Methods
- Bank transfer / Wire transfer
- Credit card
- Check (if applicable)
- Online payment platforms

3. Late Payment
Invoices not paid by the due date will incur a late fee of 1.5% per month (0.050% per day) on the outstanding balance.

4. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding the invoice must be raised within 7 days of the invoice date. Undisputed amounts remain due as scheduled.

5. Currency
All amounts are in USD unless otherwise stated. Foreign currency transactions may incur exchange fees.

6. Taxes
Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Additional taxes may apply based on customer location.

7. Partial Payments
Partial payments must be agreed upon in writing by Your Company. Outstanding balances will continue to accrue late fees.

8. Collection Costs
The client agrees to pay all costs of collection, including but not limited to legal fees, if payment is not received by the due date.

9. Cancellation Policy
Services rendered cannot be cancelled after invoice date. Prepaid services may be eligible for pro-rata refunds at Your Company's discretion.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Your Company operates.
